When will I receive my order?
We aim to get your items to you within 5 working days of receiving your order. Whilst you should normally receive your order within this time, please do allow up to 14 days especially during peak times.
Once we receive your order we’ll send you an email to confirm that your order has been placed. Orders will then be processed within 2 working days of being received, and posted shortly afterwards.
Postage is based on the weight of the item.

How do I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 20 days. This cancellation period will expire 20 days after the day on which you (or the person you nominate) received the order. To cancel you must inform us in a clear statement sent by post or email to the address below.

If you cancel your order, we will refund payments for the item(s) received from you. We will not refund the cost of delivery. We may make a deduction for the loss in value of the item(s), if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the refund as soon as possible, after we have received your items.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial purchase. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
If item(s) are damaged, faulty or there was an error upon dispatching we will refund the cost of posting by providing our freepost address.
If goods are faulty you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
Please note that we will only accept returned item(s) if sent back to us in their original condition and that charitable donations made with an order can be refunded within 14 days.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) you can select different item(s) to the same amount or we can refund the difference.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the item(s) you wish to receive in return. We reserve the right to refuse item(s) not in original condition.
Cancelling your order
You have the right to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched.
The easiest way to do this is to email us at email@example.com , and we will email you back to confirm that we have received your cancellation.

Problems with your order
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call our supporter care team on 01215227007 within 7 days.
We will offer you a replacement item or a full refund.
